Measurement
This site records a small amount of visit data when a visitor arrives from a search engine: the page path, the type of event, the name of the referring search engine, and the text of a clicked outbound button. This information is sent through a first-party visit beacon to an edge analytics endpoint on the same domain, and is used only to count page views and clicks on outbound buttons. A session view flag is kept in the browser for the current visit so that a single page view is counted once rather than several times. The country reported by the content delivery network for the request is recorded as well, with no more precise location detail than that.
Cookie
One first-party cookie is set, and only when a visitor arrives from a search engine. It holds nothing but the name of that search engine, lasts for up to one hour, and is used to tell which search engine a later click on an outbound link came from. Outside of that one-hour window the cookie has no further effect. No other browser storage and no persistent identifier are set by this cookie.
Pages and Links
The pages themselves are self-contained: each one is a static file with locally embedded fonts, so nothing needs to be pulled in from another host while a page is displayed. Where a page includes an outbound link to a third-party site, that link first passes through a first-party outbound redirect on this domain before sending the visitor onward. Once the visitor reaches the linked site, that site receives the request directly from the visitor's browser and keeps its own separate record of the visit; what happens on that destination is outside the scope of this page.
Hosting
This site is a set of static files served by a content delivery network, which handles the technical delivery of every request as the hosting provider. There are no forms on this site, no third-party analytics, no external subresources loaded from other domains, and no contact channels of any kind. Because of this, the site does not ask for consent banners tied to advertising, does not create an account for any visitor, and does not request personal details such as a name or an e-mail address through any page. Readers should not submit personal data through any outbound link, since a linked destination is a separate site with its own practices, distinct from the static pages described here.
